Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Duties

Be responsible for fulfilling daily orders, receiving, packing, scheduling, and shipping orders, scanning barcodes, collaborating with other employees/departments to resolve any shipping/receiving issues, using a variety of hand/power tools, following detailed instructions, processes, and procedures, processing FedEx and UPS small package shipments, unloading shipments from trucks using a pallet jack or forklift, maintaining a clean workspace, and other general laborer tasks as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Knowledge of basic mechanics and machine testing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

The Shipping Associate supports warehouse and distribution operations through accurate shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling. This role requires organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe working practices.
