Offbase Supply Co. is a growing tactical gear and apparel retailer serving military personnel, law enforcement professionals, and prepared civilians. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support our fast-paced eCommerce fulfillment operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory and clean storage areas
- Assist with receiving and stocking inbound shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment
- Follow established fulfillment procedures and safety standards
- Work with team members to meet daily and weekly shipping goals
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment center experience
- Experience with inventory systems or barcode scanners
Compensation & Benefits
