Required Skills
- RF scanner experience and comfort using scanners for order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail to ensure orders are correct
- Reliability and punctuality (including no bad attendance)
- Basic computer skills and comfort with warehouse software
- Willingness to grow and learn in a warehouse environment
- Experience with shipping, receiving, or warehouse work
- Ability to work assigned shift hours and support extended hours / OT, including Saturday
- Pallet jack experience (helpful, but not always required)
- No specific education listed
- Preferred: prior experience in shipping/receiving or general warehouse work
- Ability to pick and pack sock orders for shipment
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation
- Verify quantities and product accuracy
- Load and unload trucks
- Organize inventory in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Coordinate with production and distribution teams to meet shipping deadlines
- Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM + OT (longer shifts and Saturday)
