Shipping Associate

Responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring products are shipped accurately, safely, and in compliance with import/export regulations. This role works closely with warehouse personnel, freight carriers, customs brokers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Prepare and process domestic and international shipments.  Create and verify shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and export documents. Coordinate shipments with freight carriers, customs brokers, and logistics providers. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and company shipping policies. Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to customer and carrier specifications. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies or damages. Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or shipping issues. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records using warehouse management or ERP systems. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
