Shipping Associate - PM Shift (multiple openings)

Location: West Los Angeles
Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Monday-Friday (PM shift)
PM Schedule: 1pm - 10:30pm
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: $23-$25/hr
Benefits: M/D/V premiums paid by company, accrued PTO on bi-weekly basis, 10 company holidays, 401k with company match

Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for controlling the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse while maintaining good housekeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Verify information on packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
* Responsible for all aspects of outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and accurate preparation of shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders.
* Manage packaging material inventories, ensuring adequate supply for shipping needs.
* Manage the packaging and shipping process of customer orders, as well as the handling of logistics for trade shows.
* Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure timely delivery schedules.

Qualifications:
*High school diploma or GED required.
*Minimum 1-3 years of experience using systems and software like FedEx, UPS, and DHL
*Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations
*Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
*Candidates must be US Citizen or GC Holder & Must have a current, valid driver's license and possess a clean driving record without traffic violations.

Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting required.
