Shipping Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our team in Poway. This position is responsible for helping ensure customer orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify products and quantities against orders to ensure accuracy
• Pack products securely and prepare packages for shipment
• Print and apply shipping labels and other required documentation
• Load and stage completed orders for pickup
• Receive, organize, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Use warehouse equipment and basic hand tools as required
• Follow company safety procedures and shipping guidelines
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials
• Ability to lift and move packages as required
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Experience with shipping systems, scanners, or warehouse equipment is a plus
