This role requires a high degree of detail orientation, the ability to play guitar and provide a layer of final testing and QC, and the ability to reorganize priorities quickly and efficiently. We strive for our staff to be representative of a diverse and vibrant community that includes multiple identities, perspectives and influences.Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship retail orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare shipments by labeling, weighing, and packaging items properlyPerform final testing and QC (ability to play guitar required)Verify orders against e‑commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and qualityMeet daily shipping deadlines and productivity goalsMaintain organized shipping, packing, and storage areasFluency with ShipStation softwarePlace supply orders for boxes, packing materials, etc.Coordinate with retail, inventory, and customer service teamsQualifications Ability to work full‑time on a regular schedule (including weekends or holidays if required)Ability to lift, carry, and move packages (typically up to 40–50 lbs plus team lifts for larger parcels)Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsFluency with Google sheets and retail POS systemsHours This is a full‑time on‑site position conducted during shop hours Tuesday‑Saturday, 10:30‑6:30.Benefits We provide a competitive health plan option for our employees, paid time off, a retirement matching plan, employee discounts, and regular team events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
