Volt is immediately hiring Shipping Associates / Warehouse Associates in Roseville, MN 55113

 

As a Shipping Associate, you will:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Accurately label, weigh, and process packages using shipping and freight systems
• Store, organize, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Process orders and track inventory using an ERP system
• Verify order accuracy before shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counting activities
• Follow established material handling, safety, and quality procedures
• Prepare orders for daily and next-day shipments
• Support compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

 

This is a full time, contract opportunity.

 

Schedule: 

1st Shift : 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution center, fulfillment center, logistics, or inventory role preferred
• Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping processes preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

 

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00  per hour.

 

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
