Shipping Associate:
Pay rate $20-$21 D.O.E
Hours: 8am-5pm or 730am-430pm Monday-Friday

As a Shipping Associate, you'll play a vital part in assembling, packaging, and shipping quality parts to meet customer expectations — on time, every time.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble, pack, and ship production parts according to customer orders.

• Prioritize daily tasks using job cards and direction from the Plant Manager.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, labels, and packaging for accuracy.

• Inspect parts during packing to ensure quality and catch defects early.

• Maintain accurate "Just in Time” inventory counts and organized storage areas.

• Operate forklifts and mechanical equipment safely (Tow Motor certification required).

• Enter shipment data in computer systems for billing and label generation.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and quality standards.

• Assist with weekly cycle counts and support warehouse or production needs as required.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Solid communication and basic math abilities.

• Computer literacy and experience with shipping or weighing systems.

• Forklift certification (Tow Motor) required.

• Prior shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
