Job Overview

LINK Staffing is hiring a Shipping Auditor in Katy, TX. This position pays $19.00 per hour and works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Shipping Auditor helps make sure outbound orders are accurate before they leave the warehouse. This role is a good fit for someone with strong attention to detail who can review completed orders, verify part numbers and quantities, check shipping paperwork, and help prevent shipping errors.

Responsibilities

• Audit completed orders before they are released for shipment
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and customer information
• Review shipping labels and shipping documents for accuracy
• Check orders against shipping paperwork before shipment
• Identify order discrepancies and work with the warehouse or shipping team to resolve them
• Maintain accurate audit records and report recurring issues
• Support shipping accuracy and inventory accuracy
• Work with shipping and logistics team members to improve order flow

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order-checking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable reviewing part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping documents
• Able to identify and communicate order discrepancies
• Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills
• Good time management and follow-through
• Comfortable working with warehouse and shipping teams
• Knowledge of warehouse or shipping processes preferred
