Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and verifying outgoing shipments to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time. This position works closely with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to maintain efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and shipping information.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Load, unload, and move products as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory transactions.
• Inspect packages to ensure quality and compliance with shipping requirements.
• Assist with receiving and inventory control when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
