Shipping Clerk- 2nd Shift

Shipping/Receiving- 2nd Shift
Hours: 11am-7pm
Hourly Rate: $20-$23

Overview:
- Prepare finished goods for shipment, coordinate inbound/outbound freight, and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. Ensure FIFO, proper documentation, and a clean, organized warehouse while leading the shipping team to meet daily goals.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate and prioritize shipping schedules
- Communicate with Customer Service and Planning on orders and shortages
- Prepare pick lists; ensure accurate picking, staging, and shipping
- Schedule shipments and delivery appointments
- Print and verify shipping documents (BOLs, labels, etc.)
- Track shipments and update order status
- Resolve discrepancies
- Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor damaged goods
- Ensure FIFO and warehouse organization
- Verify incoming shipments and audit paperwork
- Train and support team members Job Requirements: 
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of warehouse/shipping experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication skills
