Shipping Clerk- Warehouse Operations

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 $20.00 per hour, depending on experience


The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing outgoing shipments, verifying orders, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring products are accurately and safely prepared for delivery.

Essential Duties

• Prepare and process shipping orders and paperwork.

• Verify products, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy.

• Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers and warehouse personnel

• Print shipping labels and required documentation.

• Enter and update shipment information on the computer system.

• Inspect products and packaging before shipment.

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.

• Assist with loading and staging shipments as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow company safety and shipping procedures.
  

  Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
