Lingo Staffing is Hiring – Shipping Clerk | Canton, OH to start ASAP!


Shipping Clerk - Responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position verifies work orders, organizes inventory, assists with product assembly, and operates shipping software and equipment to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using computers and shipping systems, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and committed to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx shipping software, or forklift operation is a plus but not required.


Pay rate & Scheduled:

• $18.00 per hour
• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday - 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Verify and prepare customer orders for shipment according to work orders.
• Package, label, and organize products for shipping.
• Sort and stock products on shelves and in designated storage locations.
• Assist with light assembly as needed.
• Operate shipping software, computers, and shipping equipment.
• Use UPS and FedEx shipping systems (experience is a plus, but not required).
• Operate a forklift/lift truck as needed.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shipping area.
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
• UPS WorldShip and/or FedEx shipping software experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be dependable with strong attention to detail.
