Pay Rate: $18.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm (M-F)
An experienced Shipping Clerk to join a premier manufacturing firm in the Canton, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience using industry-standard shipping platforms like UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager software.
Responsibilities
Verify, package, and prepare customer orders accurately according to detailed work orders.
Sort, label, and place finished products on shelves and in bins according to a predetermined organizational sequence.
Utilize computers, UPS meters, FedEx software programs, and specialized manufacturing equipment to process outbound shipments.
Assemble products as needed prior to packaging and shipment.
Operate lift trucks as required to move, load, and stack materials safely.
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent/higher level of education.
Strong computer literacy; preference given to candidates with UPS WorldShip and/or FedEx shipping software experience.
Solid verbal, written, and documentation skills to ensure accuracy across shipping manifests and team handoffs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
