Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of related experience
• Strong organizational and basic math skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Epicor experience preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods
• Available for occasional mandatory overtime and weekend work

Job Duties:

• Inspect and process incoming products for shipment
• Prepare UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments
• Package, label, and verify outgoing products
• Communicate shipping information to customers
• Assist with finished-goods quality inspections
• Fulfill production-floor material requests
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Process returns and scrap nonconforming materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You Will Do

As a Shipping Clerk you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

A Shipping Clerk helps warehouses operate efficiently by coordinating shipping and receiving activities while maintaining accurate inventory records. The position requires organization, reliability, and the ability to safely handle products throughout the warehouse.
