Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pay Range: $20/hour
Location: East Central Colorado Springs, 80915
We're looking for a candidate with an exceptional attendance record, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Passing a UA Drug Screen, including testing for THC, is a requirement.
To be considered for this position, applicants should have a consistent work history and a proven track record of reliability, with minimal gaps in employment.
Skills Needed:
- 1-2 years of shipping experience
- 1-2 years forklift experience
- An eye for detail and be highly organized
- Familiarity with UPS shipping software
- Able to self-manage timelines and communicate updates on completion
Job Duties:
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily deadlines
- Operate a forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials as needed
- Process shipments using UPS shipping software, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and tracking
- Verify orders for accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, and packaging requirements
- Maintain an organized shipping area and follow all safety and quality standards
- Communicate shipment status, delays, or issues proactively with team members and leadership
- Manage workload independently while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse support as needed
