Shipping Clerk
Location: Cozad, NE
Pay: $22 24/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with both people and data? We're looking for a Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping and receiving operations while ensuring accurate documentation, inventory tracking and communication with drivers and carriers.
What You'll Do

• 
  Prepare and process outgoing shipments
  
• 
  Receive and verify incoming shipments
  
• 
  Create and maintain shipping documentation and records
  
• 
  Update inventory records and ensure data accuracy
  
• 
  Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse personnel
  
• 
  Schedule and assist with load planning and transportation logistics
  
• 
  Walk the warehouse to verify shipments, counts and load accuracy
  
• 
  Communicate shipment updates and resolve issues as needed
  
• 
  Maintain organized and accurate records using Microsoft Office applications
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  
• 
  Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  
• 
  Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
  
• 
  Experience in shipping, logistics, inventory or administrative support is preferred
