We are currently looking for a Shipping And Receiving Clerk for our Dallas, Texas operation.

Requirements:

  • Checks in drivers looks up shipments provided by drivers and directs them to the appropriate dock doors for unloading of product.
  • Verifies BOL(s) and manifest paperwork for inbounds to determine if all the freight was received or if there are discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages).
  • Ensures proper identification and labeling of freight as it is received.
  • Responsible for producing ASN files for inbounds and outbound shipments.
  • Answers incoming calls from drivers and gives directions to the facility.
  • Managing emails between the customer and carriers.
  • Responsible for keeping a daily on hand report.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, quick problem solver.
  • Regular and satisfactory attendance and punctuality are a must.
