Shipping Clerk

Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring Shipping Clerk Associate for a non-climate controlled company located in the Alliance area.

Shift/Pay Rate:

• 1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am -3:30pm $20.00- $24.00 per hour DOE

Requirements:

• Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, Freight forwarders and 3PL providers) for pickups and deliveries.

• Prepare International Commercial Invoices/SLI Forms

• Coordinate with shipping brokers and carriers

• Shipping experience- Picking, packing, wrapping and labeling

• Verifying packing slips and data entry.

• Bill of lading, packing lists and other compliance paperwork

• Attention to detail for accuracy

You should be proficient in:

• Shipping/Receiving
• Warehouse Experience

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Warehouse Management Software
