HMF Express is looking for a proactive and experienced Shipping Team Leader to lead the shipping team and manage the processes that ensure on-time delivery of products to customer locations. The candidate will play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, while leading by example in maintaining a safe and respectful work environment. • Lead the shipping team and processes to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Coordinate packaging and shipping processes to meet daily shipment goals.
• Work with production teams to ensure proper packaging of products in line with company standards and customer expectations.
• Ensure the production and output of high-quality parts and services while maintaining adherence to company standards.
• Lead by example and foster a respectful and safe working environment.

• Exposure to production shop conditions including moving mechanical equipment, fumes, heat, and cold.
