PrideStaff is hiring for Shipping and Receiving Clerks in the Madera area!
Must be willing to work in Madera!
Principal Duties:- Pull stock and prepare orders for shipping.
- Quality check BOL's and shipping labels for accuracy
- Verify all shipment labels match the order contents
- Unload and stage all products to the receiving area
- Answer forklift calls and move materials where required.
- Complete forklift and crane training/licensing.
- Complete daily forklift and crane checklist.
- Identify, count, label and receive all products according to the Receiving Process
- Handle special freight projects as assigned.
- Input shipping information into the computer
- Process shipments with UPS, FEDEX, and some international shipping.
- Organize and stock shelves.
- Provide information regarding the status of shipments.
- Build wooden crates and pallets as required.
- Monitor packaging material supplies.
- Keep work areas clean and clear of debris.
Qualifications: Three years experience as a Shipping Clerk
Skills Required:- Physical requirements include: standing, sitting, and walking throughout the day; occasional lifting of 30-50 pounds. Lifting over 50 pounds with assistance.
- Visual parts identification.
- MUST pay close attention to detail, i.e. part numbers and quantities.
- Grasps concepts quickly.
Monday Friday schedule!
7:30am to 4:00pm hours!
Pay will depend on experience
