Job Title: Shipping Clerk
Location: Ontario, CA
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with required availability for weekends and overtime as needed

Join our dynamic distribution team in Ontario as a Shipping Clerk! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring timely and accurate shipping of products, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and coordinate shipments, ensuring all items are correctly packaged and labeled.
Verify shipping documentation and ensure that all orders match up with the appropriate paperwork.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and monitor stock to ensure efficient operations.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any discrepancies or shipping issues.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as necessary.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Participate in regular inventory audits and update records as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic knowledge of shipping software and inventory management systems is desirable.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required.
