Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all items are secure and labeled correctly.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and delays.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations during shipping processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using shipping software and basic computer applications.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
