Shipping Clerk

Position Summary

As a Shipping Clerk, you will play an important role in making sure customer orders are picked, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time. You will work closely with other team members to maintain an organized shipping area, process domestic and international shipments, and ensure inventory is handled properly.

What You'll Do

• Pick products from inventory based on customer orders
• Accurately package and prepare orders for shipment
• Process both domestic and international shipments
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipping
• Put incoming and returned inventory away in designated locations
• Maintain an organized and efficient shipping and inventory area
• Use computer systems to process and track orders and shipments
• Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping priorities and deadlines
• Follow established safety, quality, and shipping procedures
• Assist with other shipping and warehouse responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and fractions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
