Job Description (General Summary)
In this role you will be responsible for packaging and shipping of outgoing goods and related affairs at the Intralox China MPB Support team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily packaging of MPB & Thermodrive finished goods,use Oracle/Kewill for recording packing data.
- Complete shipping documents and labels every afternoon, loading & unloading cargos.
- Work with logistics coordinators and 3PLs for any internal and external shipping requests.
- Work with MPB assemblers for coordinating packaging schedule and ensure the efficiency.
- Support accessories picking issue and packaging.
- Support logistics coordinating after-hours and emergency.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse/shipping.
- In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in packaging/shipping/ loading/unloading cargos.
- Forklift license is required.
- Ability to read and understand English emails and shipping documents.
- Ability to use Outlook and MS Office applications (excel, word, etc)
- Strong sense of responsibility, safety, excellent communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.
