Responsible for preparing, inspecting, packaging, and shipping customer orders while ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. As the final quality checkpoint before products leave our facility, you'll play an essential role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Process customer shipments using various carrier systems, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other shipping platforms.
Package and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications.
Perform final quality inspections to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and free of defects.
Verify products, quantities, labels, and packaging before shipment.
Read and follow customer-specific shipping instructions and special requirements.
Print and include packing slips or customer-provided documentation when required.
Label private-label boxes and customer orders accurately.
Job Requirements:
Previous shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to use hands and fingers for repetitive grasping and handling tasks.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM Temp-to-perm
Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30AM-7:00PM Temp-to-perm
