What Youll Do

Actively supports and complies with Pelicans objectives guidelines and commitment to Quality and Safety with an emphasis on continual improvement.

Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels

Must have the ability to complete assignments within required timelines

Must be flexible regarding working hours and overtime including evenings and weekends as needed

Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Ability to lift andor move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally

This role requires repetitive hand and wrist activity

What Were Looking For

Education High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2 years of shipping or logistics experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of shipping documentation inventory processes and pickingpacking procedures.

Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to operate a stand-up forklift or willingness to become certified.

Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Experience with domestic and international shipping is a plus.

Understanding of customs requirements Lean Six Sigma or ISO environments is a plus.

Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-430pm Eastern Time
