Shipping Coordinator

Position: Shipping Coordinator (Print Shop)

Duration: 3-month Contract-to-hire

Location: 5050 Wesley Road, Apopka FL, 32712

Hours: Flexible (ideally 9-5:30pm M-F) (would be ok with 8-4:30) ***This person needs to be flexible if a job is not finish they need to want overtime to get things done. Overtime on Sundays every so often

Interview: 1 and done 1 hour long (including 10-15 minutes of shadowing)

Must-Haves:

• 1+ years' experience in shipping coordination (shipping clerk, shipping and receiving, warehouse or logistics, print shop, etc.)
• • Will be packing, creating shipping labels and tickets, scanning products before shipment, verifying accuracy, and importing tracking number into internal systems for records
• Strong attention to detail and team oriented (initiative to help others when needed)
• Able to operate computer systems and on occasion speak with customers (referring to tracking numbers, lost packages, etc.)
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift 40lbs
• High School Diploma/GED

Plusses:

• Background in printing or print shop (Maybe Staples, The Printer, Curtis 1000, Taylor Printing, etc.)
• Background in tracking systems/CRM ( Texas Track, Tracker, or Web CRD)
• Associates Degree

Day-to-Day:

• This individual will assist the Advent Health Print Services department with ensuring products are packed, labeled, scanned, and documented in the internal tracking system for record. This role utilizes computer systems (Web CRD, Opti freight, etc.) After package is scanned and labeled they will ensure package is placed in correct bin or pile for shipment from courier team or drivers.

Compensation:

$16 - $18 per hour
