Shipping Coordinator (LTL) 9:00AM-5:30pm

Hilco Vision is searching for an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join our Warehouse Team for the first shift! The shipping coordinator will oversee the scheduling of LTL and will work closely with the people verifying and the Transportation Manager.

The hours for this role are 9:00am - 5:30pm and we are paid weekly.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of shipping or related warehouse experience.
• Experience w/ operating a forklift, material handling. 
• Collaborate and cooperate with your supervisor, coworkers and other departments.
• Easily adaptable to new technologies and systems and navigate the customer portals.
• Strong communication and listening skills as well as motivated and independent worker. 
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Able to utilize a computer w/ MS Window Systems and web-based applications
• Capable of kneeling, bending, lift to 40 lbs. and proficient eyesight.
• Must operate Material Handler equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Work within customer portals to schedule shipments.
• Schedule LTL shipments.
• Work with the Transportation Manager for international shipments.
• Help verify product and product counts.
• Work with inventory team on any discrepancies.
• At times needs to be proactive in getting work completed on time.
• Works closely with the supervisors and the inventory team to accomplish tasks.

Physical Requirements

• This role requires the ability to lift 20 - 40lbs, standing for long periods of time, moving quickly, kneeling, bending, and proficient eyesight.
