Reports To: Receiving / Shipping Supervisor
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 7am-Order Completion (OT as required by Supervisor)
Job Functions:
• Pick/ Stage orders based on truck out times
• Work ahead on next day truck shipments
• Label, restack, up stack, and consolidate pallets
• Ensure safety of loading/unloading (Wheel chocks, truck flags)
• Inspect cooler space to determine where to store product once it is unloaded
• Run & perform cycle counts keeping inventory organized (FIFO)
• Ensure all company food safety rules are followed included in GMP’s
• Ensure pre-shift forklift inspections are completed and documented
• Ensure all company safety rules are followed and enforced.
• Other directions/tasks/assignments as needed by Leadership
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks between picks
• Assist with shipping startup/transition
Critical Systems:
• Famous Software
• Red Zone
• RF Inventory gun user
• Forklift certified
