• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift up to 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 20 lbs.
• Work around warehouse equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Logistics

• Coordinate outbound shipments, pickups, and deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and freight paperwork.
• Communicate with carriers, freight providers, and internal teams.
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates as needed.
• Help optimize shipping routes and transportation schedules.

Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to support order fulfillment.

Compliance & Quality

• Follow shipping regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and shipping documentation.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify ways to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support process improvements and workflow updates.
• Participate in team meetings and operational reviews.
