Were hiring for a 2nd shift Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team! This is a temp-to-full-time opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate
Openings: 2 positions

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track outgoing shipments
Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, etc.)
Verify order accuracy, packaging, and labeling
Communicate with carriers and internal teams
Monitor shipments and resolve delays
Maintain records in ERP/WMS systems
Assist with inventory counts and receiving as needed

Requirements:

Previous shipping/warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
