Shipping Customer Service Associate Requirements

  • Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or operations experience preferred

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing packages, deliveries, and shipments
  • Maintain and organize operational records, documents, and spreadsheets
  • Perform data entry and administrative support tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and back-office documentation processes
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Support additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
