Location: Wisconsin Rapids, WI
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

ABR is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shipping & Customer Service Associate to join a growing team in Wisconsin Rapids! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and likes staying busy throughout the day.
Position Overview
In this role, you will support the shipping department by preparing and packing customer orders, processing B2C shipments, and helping ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time. You will also provide occasional customer service support by answering phones and may assist with light assembly as needed.
Key Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process and ship B2C (business-to-consumer) orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify orders and shipping information for accuracy.
• Assist with general shipping department duties and organization.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with basic questions and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
• Provide support with light assembly duties when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, warehouse, customer service, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to help wherever needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required.
