• 1st Shift 7 AM - 3 PM
• 2nd Shift 12 PM - 8 PM

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shipping environment

Job Duties

• Accurately label finished products for shipment
• Load trucks according to shipping and picking documentation
• Verify shipment quantities and order accuracy
• Ensure products meet quality standards before shipment
• Safely store and handle finished goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping Department Loader you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

A Shipping Department Loader contributes to efficient warehouse operations by helping products move safely and accurately from receiving through final shipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
