Job Title: General Labor / Shipping & Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to assist with daily shipping and warehouse operations. This position involves boxing and unboxing products, preparing items for shipment, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Box and unbox products and materials in the warehouse.

• Pack, seal, label, and prepare items for shipping.

• Unpack incoming shipments and inspect items for damage.

• Sort, organize, and stage products in designated warehouse areas.

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.

• Verify product quantities and ensure orders are packed accurately.

• Move materials and products throughout the warehouse.

• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment.
