Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience using UPS shipping systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and shipping orders using UPS and other carriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process outbound shipments using UPS WorldShip, UPS.com, and other carrier systems.

• Print shipping labels, create packing slips, and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• Monitor daily shipping schedules and meet all required cut-off times.

• Track and manage shipping documentation, including customs paperwork for international orders.

• Coordinate pickups with UPS and other carriers as needed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues or delays.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.

• Work with the customer service and warehouse teams to fulfill and prioritize urgent orders.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and shipping regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience using UPS shipping systems (UPS WorldShip, UPS.com, etc.)

• Familiarity with other carriers (FedEx, DHL, USPS) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management or shipping software is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
