Weyerhaeuser is currently recruiting for motivated team member(s) to fill the role of Shipping Forklift Operator for our lumber manufacturing facility located in Grifton, NC.

Key Functions:

• Total commitment to working safe and following all safety rules and regulations.
• Safely operates and maintains a gas forklift to unload, move, store, stage, load and unload.
• Responsible for housekeeping of assigned production area - cleaning, sweeping, and removing debris and lumber.
• Safe start up and shut down of equipment in assigned area of responsibility.
• Interprets work instructions and successfully completes tasks as delegated.
• Accurately counts units, multiplies, adds, subtracts, and records totals.
• Must demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communicating with team members and leadership to ensure consistent exchange of information relative to position.
