About the Role: Big Bodega Cards is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Jersey City, NJ! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in getting orders out the door accurately and on time for our sports card livestreams. Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
Conduct high level of communication with other coworkers and management
Process outbound shipments using shipping software and carrier platforms (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/fulfillment area
Verify order accuracy and perform quality control checks before shipment
Track and manage shipping supplies and packaging materials inventory
Assist with returns processing and restocking
Requirements:
Prior experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics preferred
Familiarity with sports / trading card industry
Availability for overtime and coverage of shifts
Ability to pass standard background check
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
Basic computer skills; experience with shipping platforms is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to work / adapt efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
