Shipping / Inventory Clerk

Monday–Friday, FT hours - start time can be between 6 AM to 7:30 AM   (Overtime Available!)

Key Responsibilities for the Shipping & Inventory Clerk include:

• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and quality against purchase orders
• Package and process finished goods and materials for shipment, including sensitive equipment
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory using ERP system and proper bin locations
• Maintain accurate labeling and ensure FIFO inventory rotation
• Pull and issue materials to support production work orders
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to ensure accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 5S standards
• Communicate effectively with production, purchasing, quality, and leadership teams
