We are looking for a long‑term, in‑house teammate to join us, not a contractor or consultant.In this position, you willReceive incoming shipments, verify contents, and process receipts in our ERP systemProcess domestic and international outgoing shipments, including documentation, labeling, and compliance requirements (EEI filing, commercial invoices, HTS/Schedule B codes, free trade forms)Verify sales order packing lists and pick ordersPerform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock replenishmentOrganize and maintain stockroom layout for accessibility and accuracyLoad and unload trucks; drive company vehicles for local pickups and deliveriesOperate a forklift and other material handling equipmentCoordinate material movement between facilities as neededSupport backlog reduction during peak periods across both areasAbout youHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent organizational skills and a self‑motivated work styleStrong problem‑solving skills with effective verbal and written communicationComfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environmentAble to lift and move up to 40 poundsValid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal liability insurance in your nameYour backgroundExperience receiving material and entering data in an ERP systemStockroom and inventory experience, ideally in an MRP/ERP environmentProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)About SeeScanBeneath the ground and below the water's surface is a world out of sight.
