Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support warehouse and production operations for our client in Joplin. This role ensures accurate, timely preparation and shipment of outgoing orders. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments
Verify orders against packing slips
Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
Inspect products for damage before shipping
Maintain accurate shipping records
Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and on a team
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled machine shop environment
