Shipping Lead- 2nd Shift

This Warehouse Supervisor position is for a 3PM-12:30AM shift, Wednesday to Saturday.

• Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure all warehouse functions are completed efficiently.
• Assign tasks to associates, monitor safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Manage responsibilities such as loading, unloading, forklift operation, and inspections.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, report discrepancies, and coordinate with traffic and customer service.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Perform assigned projects as needed.
• 
  Requirements: 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience, ability to work in extreme temperatures, lift 40+ lbs., flexible schedule, and comfort with noise.
