LOCATION: MALAGA - SHIPPING (ARVIN, CA.)

SHIFT: SWING (2:00pm - 10:30pm)

REPORTS TO: SHIPPING SUPERVISOR

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Shipping Lead 1 to supervise shipping hourly staff. What You Will Need:

• Valid Forklift Certification, required.
• Computer literate, required.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must understand and comply with Company polices and safety procedures.
• Must understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
• Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, required.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish with the ability to speak, read and write in both, required.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience and knowledge in Shipping and Warehouse Procedures.

Starting Wage: $23.00 + 0.20 (NIGHT PREMIUM) / HOUR
