Now Hiring: Shipping Lead 1 Shift | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM + Overtime as Needed
Were looking for a reliable and motivated Shipping Lead to support daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have forklift experience, leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want you on our team! What Youll Do:
Code and stage products for shipment
Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
Maintain heavies and block stock inventory
Complete SAP reporting and request trailer moves
Support shipping and receiving operations
Train and assist new hires and team members
Perform daily forklift inspections
Ensure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed
What Were Looking For:
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in hot manufacturing conditions
Able to stand for long periods
Positive attitude with strong attendance
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Leadership mindset with strong teamwork skills
