Summary
Radwell International is seeking an experienced and results-driven Shipping & Logistics Manager to lead our shipping operations and logistics team at our global headquarters. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time to customers worldwide while supporting all Radwell branch locations with their shipping and logistics needs.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong logistics expertise, a passion for process improvement, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all daily shipping and logistics operations to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on schedule
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 shipping professionals while fostering accountability and operational excellence
• Support all Radwell branch locations with shipping, freight, and logistics-related needs
• Maintain strong working relationships with shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and freight providers
• Oversee domestic and international shipping operations to ensure compliance and efficient delivery performance
• Manage inbound and outbound LTL and Truckload freight shipments
• Ensure all products, parts, and components are packaged, labeled, documented, and billed correctly before shipment
• Coordinate carrier pickup schedules and maintain shipment timelines to meet customer expectations
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Inventory, and other departments to resolve shipping issues, support order changes, and prioritize customer needs
• Monitor shipment activity and proactively resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and service disruptions
• Manage shipping damage claims and maintain accurate supporting documentation
• Oversee shipping returns and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage shipping supply inventories and vendor relationships to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping environment
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer service, and shipping accuracy
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
What We Are Looking For
• Previous leadership experience within shipping, logistics, transportation, distribution, or warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes
• Experience managing freight operations including LTL, Truckload, parcel, and carrier services
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Shipping and logistics experience required
• International shipping experience required
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Distribution, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Bonus
The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$89,000 annually.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This role is eligible for an annual company bonus based on performance and company results.

Work Schedule
This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 7:30pm with a one-hour lunch break. Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance and may be required to work additional hours as business needs dictate.
Work Environment
This position operates within a fast-paced shipping and logistics environment. Employees regularly interact with shipping carriers, warehouse teams, branch locations, and internal departments to coordinate successful order fulfillment and transportation activities. Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility may be required. Employees are expected to follow all company safety procedures, wear company-issued apparel, and maintain a professional presence within the operation.
