Position Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to support our shipping, receiving, and inventory processes by ensuring all transactions and documentation are accurate within our ERP system (LillyWorks).

This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, tracking materials, and supporting documentation and inspection processes. You'll work closely with our production, warehouse, and quality teams to keep everything running smoothly and properly documented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in LillyWorks
  • Review and process incoming and outgoing paperwork, including packing slips and certifications
  • Ensure materials are accurately tracked and traceable in the system
  • Maintain and organize inspection and quality-related records
  • Identify and help resolve discrepancies between paperwork, system data, and physical materials
  • Work with team members across departments to ensure information is complete and accurate
  • Keep records organized and ready for internal and external audits
  • Support shipping and receiving processes as needed to ensure alignment between documentation and material movement

Qualifications

Required:
  • Experience working with an ERP system (any ERP; LillyWorks is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with data entry, paperwork, and computer systems
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different teams

Preferred:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with inventory, shipping, or receiving processes
  • Exposure to quality systems or ISO standards

Work Environment
  • Based in the tool/inventory crib located on the production floor
  • Regular interaction with production, warehouse, and quality teams
  • Environment may include moderate noise levels and temperature variations, especially near overhead doors
  • Facility is temperature-controlled, though conditions may fluctuate at times
  • Position requires standing and walking throughout the day
