Shipping Operator

As the Shipping Operator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our facility. From executing daily shipping and receiving operations to conducting stock audits and operating equipment, every task you perform contributes directly to our mission of delivering excellence. This position demands precision, consistency, and pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Support core logistics activities, including receiving, storage, shipping, and handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and palletizing of goods to prevent damage during transit and to uphold the highest standards of quality.
• Conduct regular internal stock audits, maintaining precise inventory levels and system registration for seamless traceability.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and care.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards to align with company procedures and legislative compliance.

Skills Required

• Basic computer literacy with inventory management systems, ensuring seamless operational control.
• Ability to operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, scanners, and pallet jacks.
• A proven track record of excelling in fast-paced environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining shipping quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Capacity to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of common carrier shipping processes and freight documentation.
• Impeccable attention to detail with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in logistics or shipping (1 yr min.)
• Forklift certified
• English (verbal and written required)
• Spanish (verbal required, written preferred)
