Shipping / Order Puller

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Shipping / Order Puller to join their client's team in California. This role is integral to the operations in a warehouse and distribution environment, focusing on accurately pulling customer orders, preparing materials for pickup, assisting with warehouse operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, is comfortable with physical work, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify materials, quantities, and product information before releasing orders.
• Assist customers picking up materials from the warehouse or yard.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse and shipping areas.
• Follow picking tickets, work orders, and warehouse instructions.
• Utilize company ERP systems and warehouse processes to support order fulfillment.
• Work closely with warehouse team members to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Support additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, order pulling, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Basic computer skills required.
• ERP experience is a plus; training can be provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM

Additional Details

Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
